Method
Every product takes the same path.
Our products are in different sectors, and each one goes through the same steps. We pick a Turkey-specific workflow in a sector and solve it together with the people who know that work best. Then we try it in a pilot business and offer it to businesses across the sector, again and again.
01Our own products only
We do no custom projects, consulting or agency work. Each product is built once and offered to its sector on subscription. Work we do on a product benefits every business that uses it.
02With a sector expert
A small software studio can’t know every sector from the inside. So behind each product stands someone who has done that sector’s work for years. Product decisions draw on their knowledge, and they validate the product. We write the software; the sector knowledge comes from them.
03Pilot first
Every product is tried in a pilot business before it goes on sale. We say openly how each pilot is related to us:
- MüşavirLab’s pilot is an independent accounting office with no ties to 72labs.
- Repsy and Bodymetre were built for a gym that is related to our founder and has not opened yet.
- We plan to pilot Planmetre with an engineering firm owned by our founder.
Our goal is at least one independent pilot for every product. Before each pilot starts, we’ll sign a written agreement covering data use, KVKK (Turkey’s data protection law) and permission to be named. The MüşavirLab pilot starts in November 2026.
04Our entry rule
We start a new product only when all three are true:
- At least one senior expert from the sector has signed on in writing.
- At least one pilot business with no ties to us is ready.
- The workflow the product solves can be sold to many businesses in the sector.
We build at most two products at a time. Today those are MüşavirLab and Repsy; Bodymetre and Planmetre are waiting their turn.
05AI drafts, people approve
In Bodymetre, AI drafts the assessment report and the trainer reviews and approves it. We follow the same rule in our other products: the final call belongs to the person who knows the work.
06Data
Customer data belongs to the customer. Bodymetre’s data flow was designed around KVKK, and video never leaves the device. In Repsy, each gym’s data is kept separate, and gyms can’t see each other’s data.
07From one product to the next
What we learn in one product (how to enter a sector, how to run a pilot) carries into the next. That’s also where our name comes from: value grows through patience and compounding. More on the About page.
